photo series: a fun winter day at ocean beach

this week, after school, we treated ourselves to some time at the beach.
some time ago, a major flood in the area dumped a huge amount of driftwood onto the beach.
the boys and lulu had so much fun with it, building thing, searching for treasures (like wooden weapons, of course!), running and jumping.
